ADMISSIONS INFORMATION

If you are interested in our program, we would love to meet you and your family. We admit children with the expectation that they will complete the full three-year cycle, ages 3 to 6 (Kindergarten). 

Because the Montessori environment is mixed-age, children who start at age 3 reap the full benefits of a Montessori education and become the leaders of their community by the time they reach their culminating Kindergarten year at age 5/6. For this reason, children coming into the Primary program should be 3 or early 4 years old. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis and only with a commitment to continue up to age 6. We do not accept children for one-year enrollment unless they are 5 and would be completing the program at age 6/Kindergarten.

Children who start in our program receive their own special start date. The school year runs from late August to late May. Each family who enrolls also will be given an orientation for you and your child. We use the special-start-date process to ensure that the guide is available to give each and every child their full focus on their first day in the new community. 

• The first step in the admissions process is to request a tour either via phone or by clicking the "click here" link under Submit An Inquiry. The guide and Head of School will contact you for a phone conversation first, and then an on-campus tour with your child that follows pandemic protocols. This is the best way to learn about what makes our school, and Montessori, so special. This also allows you the opportunity to ask questions and gather the important information that you need to make the best decision for your child and family. 

Once you decide that Baden Montessori is the right place for your child and family, you will complete an online application and submit the $40 non-refundable application fee. Once your application is approved, you will be contacted to finalize your enrollment. There is an annual, non-refundable deposit of $50 that holds your child’s reserved spot each year of enrollment.

• Non-refundable application fee of $40, due with application.
• Non-refundable annual deposit fee of $50, due upon acceptance and for each year of enrollment.
• A 5 percent discount of tuition is available for each additional concurrently enrolled sibling.
